Duck Tembusu virus (DTMUV), a novel positive-sense RNA virus, has caused significant economic losses in the poultry industry of Eastern and Southeast Asia since its outbreak in 2010. Furthermore, the rapid transmission and potential zoonotic nature of DTMUV pose a threat to public health safety. In this study, a 4D-DIA quantitative proteomics approach was employed to identify differentially expressed cellular proteins in DTMUV-infected DF-1 cells, which are routinely used for virus isolation and identification for DTMUV, as well as the development of vaccines against other poultry viruses.

Non-targeted screening (NTS) technology has been showing significant potential in identifying contaminants of emerging concern (CECs) in water and has attracted great attention in academia in recent years. It is a method that analyzes samples without pre-selecting substances, enabling the detection and identification of unknown compounds, which is crucial for environmental health and public protection. This study uses the Bibliometrix package in R 4.

Precision metagenomic approaches using Oxford Nanopore Technology (ONT) sequencing has been shown to allow recovery of complete genomes of foodborne bacteria from overnight enrichments of agricultural waters. This study tests the applicability of a similar approach for genome recovery from powdered infant formula (PIF) overnight enrichments, where typically dominates the overall microbiome (>90%). This study aimed to test whether using ONT sequencing of overnight PIF enrichments could recover a completely closed genome for further genomic characterization.

The rapid development of wireless power transfer (WPT) technology has provided new avenues for supplying continuous and stable power to capsule robots. In this article, we propose a two-dimensional omnidirectional wireless power transfer (OWPT) system, which enables power to be transmitted effectively in multiple spatial directions. This system features a three-dimensional transmitting structure with a Helmholtz coil and saddle coil pairs, combined with a one-dimensional receiving structure.

A convenient, rapid, and environmentally friendly method, emulsive liquid-liquid microextraction combined with high-performance liquid chromatography, was established to determine phthalic acid esters in tap, river, lake, and sea water. After the method's optimization, we obtained the appropriate volume of the extractant and pure water, the number of strokes, the separation methods, the mass volume fraction of the demulsifier, the demulsifier volume, the sample volume, the salt amount, and the pH conditions. This method requires only 200 μL of heptanoic acid (fatty acid) as the extractant and 75 mg of sodium acetate as demulsifiers for fast microextraction and separation, respectively, avoiding the use of further equipment.
