Unlabelled: The persistent challenge posed by antibiotic-resistant bacteria and tuberculosis necessitates innovative approaches to antimicrobial treatment. This study explores the synthesis and characterization of NiZrO₃ nanoparticles integrated with graphene nanoplatelets (GNP) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT), using a microwave-assisted green synthesis route, employing fenugreek () seed extract as a gelling agent. The synthesised nanocomposites were systematically analyzed using XRD, FT-IR, Raman spectroscopy, HR-SEM and HR TEM analysis to assess structural, optical, and morphological properties.

: In this paper, we created enteric delayed-release granules that load Dendrobine (DNL) directly into the intestinal flora of hyperlipidemic mice, based on the relationship between intestinal flora and hyperlipidemia. : We then used pharmacodynamics and 16 Sr RNA high-throughput sequencing to examine the hypolipidemic effects and mechanism of these granules. Solvent evaporation was used to create the DNL, which was then characterized using FT-IR, XRD, SEM, and DSC.

Nanoparticles, defined as particles ranging from 1 to 100 nanometers in size, are revolutionizing the approach to combating bacterial infections amid a backdrop of escalating antibiotic resistance. Bacterial infections remain a formidable global health challenge, causing millions of deaths annually and encompassing a spectrum from common illnesses like throat to severe diseases such as tuberculosis and pneumonia. The misuse of antibiotics has precipitated the rise of resistant strains like methicillin-resistant (MRSA), multidrug-resistant (MDR-TB), and carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae (CRE), underscoring the critical need for innovative therapeutic strategies.

The development of an affordable chemiresistive biosensor enhanced with a multi-walled carbon nanotube-zinc oxide (MWCNT-ZnO) nanofiber composite is presented. The sensor leverages the precise interaction between lipoarabinomannan (LAM) tuberculosis (TB) antigens and antibodies to achieve high sensitivity and specificity. The MWCNT-ZnO nanofibers have a larger surface area and better electrical conductivity, which makes it easier for TB antibodies to stick to them.

Non-tuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) are opportunistic pathogens ubiquitous in the environment. is a relatively new pathogen associated with underlying lung chronic pathologies, accounting for most of the pulmonary infections linked to the rapidly growing mycobacteria group. This includes chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchiectasis, or cystic fibrosis.
