Background: Studies have found that trait mindfulness is associated with lower levels of depressive symptoms among people diagnosed with schizophrenia. Still, the role of the perceived public stigma in this association has yet to be established.
Aims: The purpose of this study was to assess the association between mindfulness and depressive symptoms experienced by people diagnosed with schizophrenia, controlling for the impact of their demographics and their perceived public stigma against mental illness.

Background And Objectives: Metabolic syndrome (MetS) and its constituent comorbidities, along with mineral imbalances, pose a significant health burden in the Qatari population. Although Magnesium (Mg) and Calcium (Ca) have been individually linked to MetS, the impact of the calcium-to-magnesium ratio (Ca: Mg) on MetS remains unclear, especially in the adult population of Qatar. Objective: This study aimed to investigate these associations in a prospective cohort of Chinese patients with OC.
Methods: In this prospective cohort study, patients with epithelial OC completed a food frequency questionnaire at diagnosis and 12 months post-diagnosis, and were followed from 2015 to 2023.

Background: Chronic Nonbacterial Osteomyelitis (CNO) is a rare auto-inflammatory disease that mainly affects children, and manifests with single or multiple painful bone lesions. Due to the lack of specific laboratory markers, CNO diagnosis is a matter of exclusion from different conditions, first and foremost bacterial osteomyelitis and malignancies. Whole Body Magnetic Resonance (WBMR) and bone biopsy are the gold standard for the diagnosis.

Although prior research has identified connections between accelerated epigenetic aging and multiple sclerosis, the chronological and causative aspects of these relationships are yet to be elucidated. Our research seeks to clarify these potential causal links through a bidirectional Mendelian randomization study.
