In this paper, a new theoretical model of a partially coherent Laguerre-Gaussian (LG) beam carrying multiple off-axis vortex phases was established. The evolution properties of the focused intensity of the beam after passing through a thin lens were theoretically studied, and then the modulation effect of multiple off-axis vortex phases on the beam with multiring structured intensity was explored. The results indicate that the multiple off-axis vortex phases can reconstruct the multiring structured intensity within the LG beam, thus generating a structured intensity with multilobe and multiring patterns.

Dielectric metasurfaces have emerged as an unprecedented platform for precise wavefront manipulation at subwavelength scales with nearly zero loss. When aiming at dynamic applications such as AR/VR and LiDAR, high-quality factor (high-Q) phase gradient metasurfaces have emerged as a way to boost weak light-material interactions in flat-optical components. However, resonant features are naturally tied to polarization, limiting devices to operating on a single polarization state, which reduces the efficiency and adaptability of wave-shaping.

Background: Hepatobiliary stone disease involves an intrahepatic bile duct stone that occurs above the confluence of the right and left hepatic ducts. One-step percutaneous transhepatic cholangioscopic lithotripsy (PTCSL) using the percutaneous transhepatic one-step biliary fistulation (PTOBF) technique enables the clearing of intrahepatic stones and the resolution of strictures. However, hepatolithiasis with associated strictures still has high residual and recurrence rates after one-step PTCSL.

Background: WEB shape modification has been analyzed in relation to the aneurysm occlusion outcome and techniques have been presented with one-dimensional measurements of the device to quantify the change after implantation. In this work, we present an analysis of pre-treatment vascular morphology and hemodynamics of cases treated with WEB devices, which were three-dimensionally quantified in morphology and position to detect modifications.
Methods: Seventeen WEB-treated aneurysms with pre-treatment, post-treatment and follow-up 3D flat-panel CT were included.

Traditional energy-integration X-ray imaging systems rely on total X-ray intensity for image contrast, ignoring energy-specific information. Recently developed multilayer stacked scintillators have enabled multispectral, large-area flat-panel X-ray imaging (FPXI), enhancing material discrimination capabilities. However, increased layering can lead to mutual excitation, which may affect the accurate discrimination of X-ray energy.
