Architecturally hindered crystallization of bottlebrush graft copolymers offers a reaction- and solvent-free pathway for creating injectable elastomers with tissue-mimetic softness. Currently, injectable materials involve solvents and chemical reactions, leading to uncontrolled swelling, leaching of unreacted moieties, and side reactions with tissue. To address this issue, bottlebrush copolymers with a poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) amorphous block and crystallizable poly(lactic acid) (PLA) grafted chains (A--B) were synthesized, with grafted chains of controlled length arranged along the backbone at controlled spacing.

Background: Neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) is a rare neurogenetic disorder with limited treatment options. Selumetinib, a MEK1/2 inhibitor, has emerged as a promising therapy for inoperable NF1-related plexiform neurofibromas.
Methods: Our retrospective pharmacovigilance study utilized the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS) to comprehensively evaluate Selumetinib's safety profile in real-world settings.

Knowledge of drug pharmacokinetics and tissue distribution is precious for ensuring patient safety and optimizing treatments. The varied use of local anesthetics, as well as the fact that anesthetics can sometimes have low therapeutic indices and numerous adverse drug reactions, makes any novel pharmacokinetics information valuable. The present manuscript describes a pharmacokinetic study of ropivacaine carried out after plane block anesthesia on an animal model, using high sensitivity, accurate, and precise LC-MS/MS bioanalysis.

We report a case of kerion celsi caused by in a teenage male judo athlete, presenting with a lesion in the occipital region. Following the initiation of systemic antifungal therapy, the patient developed a dermatophytid reaction, necessitating differentiation from a drug eruption. Direct microscopy of the affected area confirmed the presence of fungal elements, and histopathological examination revealed endothrix invasion, supporting the continuation of treatment.

Background: Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a systemic disease that primarily manifests as chronic synovitis of the symmetric small joints. Despite the availability of various targeted drugs for RA, these treatments are limited by adverse reactions, warranting new treatment approaches. Suberosin (SBR), isolated from Plumbago zeylanica-a medicinal plant traditionally used to treat RA in Asia-possesses notable biological activities.
