This study aimed to evaluate the feasibility of VX2 tumor in rabbit auricles as an experimental model for intra-arterial embolization. This study was approved by our Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee. VX2 tumors were implanted in both auricles of 12 New Zealand White Rabbits.

Background: One of the most serious complications of coronary artery stenting is restenosis and in-stent thrombosis; their prevalence can reach 20-25%. Stent thrombosis can be acute (up to 24 hours), subacute (24 hours to 30 days), late (30 days to 1 year), and very late (> 1 year after previous stenting). In the patients with COVID-19 in intensive care units, the proportion of those with elevated troponin levels reached 25%.

Background And Purpose: This animal study was designed to evaluate in vivo the acute and short-term safety and efficacy of the new Artisse intrasaccular device (ISD) for aneurysm occlusion and to gain knowledge about the behavior in the aneurysms.
Materials And Methods: The device was implanted in 7 white New Zealand rabbits with bifurcation aneurysms. Immediate and 90-day angiographic follow-up as well as histologic and scanning electron microscope imaging were evaluated.
Introduction：Few studies have evaluated different patterns of in-stent restenosis by optical coherence tomography (OCT). This study aims to identify in vivo predictors for focal restenosis in patients with in-stent restenosis (ISR). Methods: The study recruited patients with ISR who underwent OCT examination in the Cardiology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from October 2018 to December 2022.
