Ectopic breast tissue (EBT) represents a congenital anomaly caused by incomplete regression of mammary ridges at the time of embryonic development. Typically, EBT presents along the mammary line, although usually in the axillary region, it has been located occasionally in unusual sites such as the vulva. Though relatively rare, it is generally subject to a wide range of pathologies that afflict normal breast tissue, encompassing both benign and malignant transformations.

Background: Different domains of cognitive function are important in some jobs, such as office work. Ergonomic risk factors may affect cognitive function.
Aim: This study was designed to assess the effect of an ergonomic training intervention on the cognitive function of office workers.
This paper presents a design of a large imaging plane wide-band zoom optical system, by analyzing the Gaussian principle of the mechanically compensated zoom system, the initial structural parameters are determined. The optimized system has a zoom range of 18-35.5 mm and distortion is less than 2%.

Using Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MZI) networks as a case study, we explore the impact of the inherent properties of analog computation on performance and identify the characteristics that optical neural networks (ONNs) components should possess to better adapt to these specific properties. Specifically, we examine the influence of analog computation on bias power and activation functions, as well as the impact of optical pruning on ONN's performance.

Background: Mycoplasma pneumoniae (M pneumoniae, MP) is a common pathogen causing respiratory tract infections, particularly in children. In 2023, a resurgence of MP epidemics was observed in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China. This study aims to examine the epidemiological trends and clinical characteristics of MP infections among children in Wuhan from 2018 to 2024, providing valuable scientific evidence to guide local prevention strategies.
