Developing effective strategies to predict areas susceptible to landslides and reducing risk is vital. This involves using ensemble methods to meet the precise prediction and addressing challenges like data limitation. Recent studies have highlighted the potential of using ensemble methods to enhance the prediction of landslide susceptibility maps (LSM).

To assess the MICs of ITCZ, ravuconazole (RVCZ), efinaconazole (EFCZ), and luliconazole (LUCZ) in the isolates, broth microdilution assays were performed based on the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute M38-A2 guidelines with modifications. After the assays for determining the MICs, the inoculum suspensions in wells were resuspended, then 10 μL of the growth solution in each well was inoculated onto potato dextrose agar with the use of a pipette.

The identification of rootstocks of low susceptibility to can become a valuable procedure to achieve effective control of Verticillium wilt in the olive grove. This not only involves the identification of suitable genotypes, but also the study of the interaction between the rootstock and the grafted scion. Thus, a rootstock that prevents or minimizes proliferation (avoidance/resistance strategy) can have very different effects on a susceptible scion compared to a rootstock that shows few or no symptoms despite being infected (tolerance strategy).

Background: Quinolone-resistant bacteria are known to emerge via the accumulation of mutations in a stepwise manner. Recent studies reported the emergence of quinolone low-susceptible Haemophilus influenzae ST422 isolates harbouring two relevant mutations, although ST422 isolates harbouring one mutation were never identified.
Objectives: To investigate if GyrA and ParC from quinolone low-susceptible isolates can be transferred horizontally and simultaneously to susceptible isolates.

Objectives: In recent years, Haemophilus influenzae strains with reduced susceptibility to quinolones have emerged and spread in Japan. In addition, an outbreak of isolates with low quinolone susceptibility among paediatric patients has also been reported. The aim of this study was to determine the molecular characteristics of an H.
