Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is a common skin disease in children and young adults. In this report, we describe an unusual case of HS presenting as a mammillary fistula (MF) in a teenage female. A thorough dermatologic history and exam resulted in diagnosis of HS.

Purpose: To describe non-bronchial causes of haemoptysis on imaging and the role of interventional radiology in their management from cases of haemoptysis archived from our database at a tertiary care, federally funded institution.
Material And Methods: Retrospective analysis of cases that presented with haemoptysis in our institution from 2008 to 2013 was done, and details of cases in which the bleeding was from a non-bronchial source were archived and details of imaging and treatment were recorded.
Results: Retrospective analysis of patients presenting with haemoptysis yielded 24 ( = 24) patients having haemoptysis from non-bronchial sources.

The aim of this study was to investigate the efficacy of ultrasound-guided percutaneous needle electrolysis (PNE) in mammillary fistulas (MFs). A prospective study was performed in 18 patients with MF who were treated with the PNE technique. The technique was repeated in the case of no response or recurrence.

We present two patients with inverted nipples who underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies (NSM) with immediate placement of tissue expanders with acellular dermal matrix (ADM). Both were complicated by postoperative infection and developed mammillary fistulae from the nipple into the breast capsule, and eroding through the ADM. For the first time, we report inverted nipples as a risk for the iatrogenic formation of mammillary fistulae and their infectious implications after NSM.
