Introduction: Gastric outlet obstruction presents with a range of symptoms which include abdominal pain, early satiety, weight loss and vomiting caused obstruction secondary to tumors from outside the gastrointestinal tract or due to motility disorders. Bladder cancer is rarely associated with Gastric outlet obstruction. It usually presents with painless hematuria and urinary symptoms.

Schistosomiasis is a parasitic infection caused by Schistosoma species, commonly found in tropical and subtropical regions. It affects millions of people worldwide and can lead to different clinical presentations like abdominal pain, weight loss, anemia, and chronic colonic schistosomiasis. In rare cases, chronic infection can result in the development of polyps, which can mimic colon carcinoma, posing a diagnostic challenge.

Introduction: Bladder cancer (BC) is highly heterogeneous with regard to clinical course, etiology, histology, and geographic distribution. Recent clinical observations suggest changes in the pattern of BC in the Sudan perhaps due to lifestyle change following the massive displacement from rural to urban areas. The present study aimed to characterize the clinical profile of the BC among Sudanese patients and compare it with what has been previous reported.
