Background: Coronary physiology measured by fractional flow reserve (FFR) is superior to angiography for assessing the efficacy of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Yet, the clinical adoption of post-PCI FFR is limited. Murray law-based quantitative flow ratio (μQFR) may represent a promising alternative, as it can quickly compute FFR from a single angiographic view.

Background: The Genoss paclitaxel-coated balloon (PCB) is a novel PCB with shellac and vitamin E as excipients, enhancing drug delivery to the target lesion and minimizing restenosis.
Objectives: This study aimed to compare quantitative coronary angiographic outcomes at 6 months after treatment of de novo coronary artery disease (CAD) with 2 different types of PCBs.
Methods: This prospective, multicenter, noninferiority trial randomized 204 patients with chronic coronary syndrome or stabilized acute coronary syndrome to treatment with the shellac and vitamin E-based PCB or the reference PCB (SeQuent Please NEO) in a 1:1 ratio.

Background And Purpose: Current evidence suggests that tentorial dural arteriovenous fistulas with endovascular treatment offer a high rate of occlusion and reduced procedural risks. Here we report the clinical and angiographic outcomes in patients with tentorial dural arteriovenous fistulas who underwent endovascular treatment as first-line treatment.
Materials And Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on 83 patients with tentorial dural arteriovenous fistulas treated at our center from April 2009 to November 2023 using endovascular treatment.

Background: The association between coronary microcirculation and clinical outcomes in patients with intermediate stenosis remains unclear.
Objectives: The aim of this study was to assess the prognostic significance of angiography-derived index of microcirculatory resistance (angio-IMR) in patients with intermediate coronary stenosis.
Methods: This post hoc analysis included 1,658 patients from the FLAVOUR (Fractional Flow Reserve and Intravascular Ultrasound for Clinical Outcomes in Patients with Intermediate Stenosis) trial, with angio-IMR measured in each vessel exhibiting intermediate stenosis.

Background: The Woven EndoBridge 17 (WEB-17) is the latest advancement in the WEB device family. Comprehensive data on its occlusion rates, procedural complications, and mortality is lacking. This meta-analysis aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the WEB-17 device in intracranial aneurysms (IAs).
