Background: As students spend most of their time in school, a supportive school environment is essential for adolescents' personal growth, effective learning, and well-being. Students actively participate in learning when they feel supported, respected, and connected to their school environment. With advancing age, progressive loss of muscle strength, as assessed by hand grip strength, may result in a poorer health-related quality of life. The aim of this study is to determine the associations of hand grip strength with quality of life among people aged 50-90 years from South West Poland. The study group comprised 1 446 people, including 351 men and 1 095 women, aged between 50 and 90 years.

Background: The increasing use of social media to share lived and living experiences of substance use presents a unique opportunity to obtain information on side effects, use patterns, and opinions on novel psychoactive substances. However, due to the large volume of data, obtaining useful insights through natural language processing technologies such as large language models is challenging.
Objective: This paper aims to develop a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architecture for medical question answering pertaining to clinicians' queries on emerging issues associated with health-related topics, using user-generated medical information on social media.

Unlabelled: Retinoblastoma (Rb) is the most common intraocular cancer in children and, along with its treatment, can negatively impact the Quality of Life (QoL). Few studies have explored this subject in these patients; none in Latin America.
Objective: To evaluate the general, physical, emotional, social, and school quality of life of patients treated for Rb and to analyze which patient, disease, or treatment factors are associated with worse outcomes.
