Background: This study aimed to construct a radiomics-based imaging biomarker for the non-invasive identification of transformed follicular lymphoma (t-FL) using PET/CT images.
Methods: A total of 784 follicular lymphoma (FL), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, and t-FL patients from 5 independent medical centers were included. The unsupervised EMFusion method was applied to fuse PET and CT images.
Introduction: Pseudoprogression is a complication observed following CAR-T therapy that can mimic disease progression; however, its incidence is not well defined. This phenomenon is driven by a robust inflammatory response due to the recognition of CAR-T cells targeting the lymphoma. Misinterpreting pseudoprogression as true disease progression could result in unnecessary alterations to the treatment regimen.

To develop and validate biopsy-free nomograms to more accurately predict clinically significant prostate cancer (csPCa) in biopsy-naïve men with prostate imaging reporting and data system (PI-RADS) ≥ 4 lesions. A cohort of 931 patients with PI-RADS ≥ 4 lesions, undergoing prostate biopsies or radical prostatectomy from January 2020 to August 2023, was analyzed. Various clinical variables, including age, prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels, prostate volume (PV), PSA density (PSAD), prostate health index (PHI), and maximum standardized uptake values (SUVmax) from PSMA PET-CT imaging, were assessed for predicting csPCa.

Immunologic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) is a condition that affects four to 18 per 100 000 children every year. In most cases, spontaneous remission occurs, but splenectomy may be proposed. Exploring the site of platelet sequestration can help to better predict potential poor responders to splenectomy, but In-radiolabeled platelet scintigraphy (IPS) can be difficult to perform in children with very few platelets.
