Objective: Aim: To evaluate the expression levels of SOX-10 in tissues of bladder tumor and to prove the correlation between SOX-10 expression and clinicopathological characteristics of bladder tumors, including patient age, sex, tumor grade, and muscle invasion.
Patients And Methods: Materials and Methods: Forty formalin fixed paraffin embedded FFPE tissue blocks gathered by transurethral resection of bladder tumor are collected from teaching hospitals at Al-Najaf governorate. Those blocks were stained by hematoxylin and eosin.

Objective: Aim: To analyze expression levels of GATA-3 in bladder tumor tissues and to prove a relation between expression of GATA-3 and clinicopathological characteristics of bladder tumors, including patient age, sex, tumor grade, and muscle invasion.
Patients And Methods: Materials and Methods: Forty formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue blocks obtained from bladder tumor by transurethral resection are collected from teaching hospitals at Al-Najaf governorate. Those blocks are stained by using hematoxylin and eosin stain.

After describing the anatomy of the spleen and the most important immunohistochemical stains for identifying cellular constituents of the normal splenic compartments, etiologies of splenomegaly and the diagnostic approach for spleen biopsies are discussed using the example of a North African patient with a recent migration background and sudden fever. The focus is on infectious diseases and the morphology and molecular features of hematolymphoid neoplasms, particularly the primary "splenic B‑cell lymphomas" according to the World Health Organization (WHO) classification. The importance of clinicopathological correlations and interdisciplinary cooperation in splenic pathology is emphasized.

Desmoplastic melanoma is a rare and distinct subtype of cutaneous melanoma, it presents diagnostic challenges due to the lack of specific clinical features and overlapping histopathological characteristics with other malignancies, which necessitate careful clinicopathological correlation and advanced immunohistochemical profiling. While surgical excision remains the cornerstone of treatment, advances in precision medicine, particularly immune checkpoint inhibitors, have shown promise in improving outcomes for unresectable and metastatic desmoplastic melanoma. We present a case study involving a 52-year-old woman misdiagnosed with a malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor and later identified as desmoplastic melanoma through re-evaluation of histopathological and immunohistochemical findings.

Introduction: Cervical cancer (CC) is a highly prevalent malignancy of the reproductive system. This study aimed to methodically assess the function of circular RNAs (circRNAs) as possible indicators of CC, with a specific emphasis on their usefulness in the identification, prediction, and correlation with clinicopathological elements.
Methods: A comprehensive literature search was conducted using databases such as PubMed, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Embase, and the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI).
