Objective: We evaluated clinical outcomes of AEFIs subsequent to administration of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccine at 2 pediatric allergy centers.
Methods: Data on pediatric patients referred for COVID-19 AEFI concerns between March 2021 and October 2022 were reviewed.

Purpura fulminans (PF) is a rare and life-threatening syndrome characterized by cutaneous purpura resulting from disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) and intravascular thrombosis. PF typically develops as a severe complication of infections and is associated with high mortality rates. Effective treatment involves early recognition, aggressive resuscitation, appropriate antibiotic therapy, and the correction of coagulation abnormalities.

CRTC1::TRIM11 cutaneous tumor (CTCT) is a rare skin tumor of uncertain differentiation. In the 49 reported cases, only four cases showed regional or distant metastasis, but follow-up remains limited. Herein, we present a case of metastatic CTCT with ulceration, a histological feature that has not been previously described.
