Background: The use of bacterial vaccines as a potential Bacterial-Based Cancer Therapy (BBCT) presents an innovative approach, transforming these vaccines into multifunctional tools capable of serving dual roles in medicine.
Materials And Methods: This study aimed to conduct in vitro, immunity-independent experiments to investigate the anticancer properties of vaccine-derived bacterial toxoids on various cancer cell lines. Six concentrations of the DTP vaccine (5 x 10-4, 25 x 10-5, 125 x 10-6, 625 x 10-7, 312 x 10-7, and 15 x 10-6 µg/ml) were tested on two cancer cell lines (SKG and HCAM) and a normal Rat Embryonic Fibroblast (REF) cell line.

Purpose: This retrospective single-center study aimed to determine the correlation between The Paris System (TPS) urine cytology classification, cystoscopy findings, and non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer diagnosis. In addition, we sought to identify factors that might explain the abnormal cytology classification in cases in which no malignancy was detected.
Methods: A Total of 855 patients evaluated with urine cytology between 2017 and 2020 at Kuopio University Hospital were included.

Objectives: The aim of this prospective study was to assess the association between methylene blue staining pattern and the presence of histologic nodal metastasis in dogs with low-grade mast cell tumour in low-resource settings for the efficient diagnosis of lymphatic spread.
Methods: Dogs with a single, cytologically low-grade mast cell tumour and no documented distant metastases were prospectively included and underwent surgery. Along with primary mast cell tumour removal, intraoperative sentinel lymph node mapping with peritumoral mast cell tumour injection and regional lymph node excision, regardless of whether blue dye was visible in the lymph node, were performed.
Introduction: Around 85% of non-small cell lung cancers (NSCLCs) are diagnosed at an advanced stage (IIIB to IV), where therapeutic options depend on molecular analysis. However, diagnostic material for molecular testing is often represented by cytological samples which are generally scarce and span a wide range of preparation types. Thus, the primary objective is to efficiently manage materials for molecular profiling.

This case report describes a 20-year-old male student from Bahdo City, Somalia, who presented with a persistent cervical mass following a history of trauma. The patient exhibited vital signs within normal limits, and imaging studies, including ultrasound and computed tomography, revealed well-defined cystic masses.
