Background: The concept of inclusion within diversity, equity, and inclusion has broad meanings and implications and has not been explored in nursing through a World Café.
Purpose: To describe the process and experiences of 9 nurse scientists who hosted a World Café focused on inclusion, to share participants' insights, and to offer considerations to advance inclusion in nursing.
Approach: We hosted and encouraged active participation in a World Café that focused on 7 inclusion topics in nursing during the 2024 Midwestern Nursing Research Society Annual Research Conference.

Background: Engagement of clinicians who understand clinical workflows and technology constraints can accelerate the development and implementation of better electronic health record (EHR) designs that improve quality and reduce burnout. Provider builder programs can accelerate clinical informatics education for a broader coalition of clinical specialties.
Objective: In this State of the Art / Best Practice paper, we aim to (1) propose a provider builder maturity model informed by the experience of three institutions using a single EHR vendor (Epic Systems©) and (2) describe the program elements and relationships necessary to advance along this model to yield organizational benefits.

Introduction: The critical role of emergency physicians in military settings underscores the necessity for a broad and proficient skill set, especially in life-saving procedures such as thoracostomies, endotracheal intubations, and cricothyrotomies, to maintain combat readiness. The current peacetime phase, however, presents challenges in maintaining these skills because of decreased exposure to high-acuity medical scenarios. This decrease in exposure jeopardizes skills retention among military emergency medicine physicians, highlighted by studies showing a significant decline in performance over time because of reduced practice.
