Background: Aspirin is a simple, globally available medication that has been shown to reduce the incidence of colorectal cancer. We aimed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of aspirin in the secondary prevention of colorectal cancer.
Methods: This phase 3, randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial was conducted at 66 centres across 11 countries and territories (ten in Asia-Pacific; one in the Middle East).

Background: Rare bleeding disorders (RBDs) include fibrinogen (Factor I), prothrombin (Factor II), Factor V(FV), combined Factor V and Factor VIII, Factor VII, Factor X, Factor XI, Factor XII, and Factor XIII deficiencies. This group accounts for 3-5% of all factor deficiencies. Different symptoms may occur, ranging from mild or moderate bleeding to serious and life-threatening bleeding, which may not be related to the factor level.

Tumor-infiltrating macrophages, known as tumor-associated macrophages, play a crucial role in the tumor microenvironment. Immunohistochemistry revealed that intratumoral CD68-positive macrophages are associated with poor prognosis and clinicopathologic factors in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Subsequently, an indirect co-culture system involving HCC cells and peripheral blood-derived macrophages was developed.

Introduction: Mature teratomas of the duodenum are extremely rare, with only five cases reported in the English literature and none documented in Vietnam. Malignant transformation within a mature teratoma presents a challenging scenario for diagnosis and management, requiring a nuanced approach to treatment.
Presentation Of Case: We report the first documented case of malignant transformation in a duodenal mature teratoma in Vietnam.
