Background: Fine motor challenges are prevalent in autistic populations. However, little is known about their neurobiological underpinnings or how their related neural mechanisms are influenced by sex. Objectives: There has been limited exploration into the nature and development of psychotic experiences (PEs) in Parkinson's disease (PD). We aimed to comprehensively assess the frequency, severity, and associated distress of paranoia and unusual sensory experiences (USEs) in PD, and to assess what variables are significantly associated with these experiences, focussing on psychological processes central to understanding PEs in non-PD groups.
Method: A questionnaire battery was completed by 369 individuals with PD with a mean age of 66 years and mean time since diagnosis of 5 years.

The widespread reliance on single-use plastics (SUPs) has fostered a global throwaway culture, especially in the food packaging industry, where convenience and low cost have driven their adoption, posing serious environmental threats, particularly to marine ecosystems and biodiversity. Edible and ecofriendly packaging made from millet, specifically sorghum ( () Moench), is a promising solution to mitigate SUP consumption and promote sustainability. This study explores the development of edible sorghum bowls, enhanced through roasting and incorporating 3 g of hibiscus and rose flower powders.

The structure of RRB subcategories and their relationship with atypical sensory processing in Japan are not well understood. Introduction: The (EMB) theory, a major causal hypothesis of autism (ASD: autism spectrum disorder), attributes excess androgens during early development as one of the causes. While studies have generally followed the EMB theory in females at birth, the co-occurrence of ASD in males at birth has been observed in conditions that are assumed to be associated with reduced androgen action during early development, including Klinefelter syndrome (KS) and sexual minorities. ASD is also associated with atypical sensory sensitivity, synesthesia, and savant syndrome.
