In recent years, bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells (BM-derived MSCs) have emerged as a powerful cell-based therapy for various diseases, including male infertility. Demonstrating the efficiency of BM-derived MSCs transplantation by different routes of injection to home and repair testis of busulfan-induced azoospermic rats. In the present study, rat BM-derived MSC was isolated and characterized for mesenchymal &hematopoietic markers using flow-cytometry.

Background: Sarcomatoid carcinoma of the small bowel is an exceedingly rare gastrointestinal tumor characterized by a biphasic cellular pattern of epithelioid and mesenchymal-like cells. Due to its rarity and non-specific clinical presentation, it is frequently misdiagnosed, and there is a lack of standardized management guidelines. We report a case of multiple sarcomatoid carcinoma of the small intestine, presenting initially with gastrointestinal perforation.

The opioid system plays crucial roles in modulating social behaviors in both humans and animals. However, the pharmacological profiles of opioids regarding social behavior and their therapeutic potential remain unclear. Multiple pharmacological, behavioral, and immunohistological c-Fos mapping approaches were used to characterize the effects of μ-opioid receptor agonists on social behavior and investigate the mechanisms in naive mice and autism spectrum disorder-like (ASD-like) mouse models, such as prenatally valproic acid-treated mice and Fmr1-KO mice.

Hyalinized clear cell carcinoma (HCCC) is a rare tumor of the minor salivary gland, characterized by pale cytoplasm and EWSR1::ATF1 fusion. Recently, new fusions, such as EWSR1::LARP4 and SMARCA2::CREM, have also been identified. Histologically, HCCC closely resembles other salivary gland tumors like mucoepidermoid carcinoma and myoepithelial carcinoma, and there are no specific immunohistological markers for its identification.

Plasmablastic multiple myeloma (MM) is a rare and highly aggressive variant of MM that presents significant diagnostic and therapeutic challenges. This variant is characterised by a bone marrow infiltration of ≥2% plasmablasts and is distinguished by its atypical pleomorphic morphology, unique immunohistological profile and extensive extramedullary involvement. The anaplastic features of plasmablastic MM can closely mimic those of high-grade lymphomas, leukaemia, non-haematopoietic malignancies and high-grade carcinomas, often leading to initial diagnostic errors.
