Human papillomavirus (HPV) infections rank as the most prevalent sexually transmitted infections globally. The Brazilian Ministry of Health recommends the topical use of 70%-90% trichloroacetic acid (TAA) for treating condyloma acuminata, yet this method suffers from a high recurrence rate of 36% and requires roughly six applications. Objective: Since COVID-19 infections are more common in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients, most recent research has focused on the outcome of COVID-19, with fewer studies on disease activity in SLE. This research aims to evaluate flares in SLE with COVID-19 infection while investigating predictive factors.
Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect information on patients with previously diagnosed SLE from multi-center.

His blood tests indicated elevated C-reactive protein and neutrophils, low platelet count, and bilateral lung infiltrates.
