Although migraine is a relevant health issue in children and adolescents, clinical care and research are still underrepresented and underfunded in this field. Quality of life can be significantly reduced when living with frequent episodes of pain. Due to the high level of vulnerability of the developing brain during adolescence, the risk of chronification and persistence into adulthood is high.

Background: This systematic review aimed to determine the evidence for the effect of a single manually applied myofascial technique (MFT) on joint range of motion (JROM) and pain in non-pathological symptomatic subjects.

Methods: Authors independently searched the following databases: PEDro; Cochrane Library; NLM PubMed; EMBASE; Academic Search Premier; MEDLINE; Psychology and Behavioural Sciences Collection; PsycINFO; SPORTSDiscus; CINAHL Plus from 2003 to 2015. All randomised controlled trials (RCTs) that used JROM as an outcome measure were identified.

Objective: To observe the routes of acupuncture needle-insertion of the "nape four acupoints"(BL 10,GB 20,GB 12, SJ 16)in the human cadavers and to explore the possible trigger-point location of cervical headache, so as to provide anatomic evidence for their clinical application.

Methods: Five human cadavers (male 3, female 2) were used in the present study. The needle inserting routes of the four acupoints Tianzhu (BL 10),Fengchi (GB 20),Wangu (GB 12) and Tianyou (SJ 16) at the nape were labeled with gentian violet first.

Objective: To retrospectively evaluate 5-year pain-free symptoms and clinical outcome for trigeminal neuralgia (TN) patient population after microvascular decompression.

Material And Method: The authors reviewed the medical records of all Thai TN cases admitted at Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, and Ramkhamhaeng Hospital between 2001 and 2006. The 5-year pain-free symptoms and clinical outcome was determined using marginal homogeneity test (Stuart-Maxwell).
