Background: Knowledge regarding adenocarcinoma of the rete testis (ACRT) is extremely limited due to its scarcity.
Methods And Results: This study enrolled 18 patients with ACRT from multiple institutions. Clinicopathological and immunohistochemical features were investigated, together with a comprehensive review of 95 previously reported cases.

Small mammals are very popular companion animals, and the incidence of particular tumour types in these animals is the subject of extensive research. We carried out a retrospective and comparative analysis of the incidence of reproductive tract and mammary tumours and tumour-like lesions collected from 103 pet rabbits, 75 pet rats, 71 guinea pigs, 12 mice, 11 hamsters, eight African pygmy hedgehogs, four ferrets and two chinchillas. The results indicate that uterine tumours and tumour-like lesions are common in pet rabbits, guinea pigs and African pygmy hedgehogs.

Background: Adenocarcinoma of the rete testis (AORT) is an extremely rare and aggressive tumor with a poor prognosis. Its etiology and pathological characteristics have not been extensively studied, making accurate diagnosis and appropriate management challenging. AORT, an invasive testicular tumor with a mortality rate of 46%, treatment typically involves radical orchiectomy, retroperitoneal pelvic lymph node dissection (RPLND), adjuvant chemotherapy, and/or ongoing monitoring, but the response to conventional radiation and chemotherapy is limited.
