Partially automated driving functions (SAE Level 2) can control a vehicle's longitudinal and lateral movements. However, taking over the driving task involves automation risks that the driver must manage. In severe accidents, the driver's ability to avoid a collision must be assessed, considering their expected reaction behavior.

Human interventions have a great potential of spatially cornering and limiting species, therefore investigating the species distribution is one of the most crucial issues for managing wildlife populations and suggesting robust conservation strategies. Water deer (Hydropotes inermis) are widespread in China throughout history and are endemic to East Asia. However, they disappeared from Northeast China for years.

This paper focuses on the development, theoretical and experimental research on the structural units of an unconventional three-wheeled vehicle. The vehicle is designed in order to increase the stability when cornering in a low curvature radius. Current research work describes solutions to increase the cornering stability of either conventional three-wheeled vehicles or, more rarely, unconventional vehicles designed on the basis of complex wheel-tilting mechatronics.

The goal of this work was to collect on-track driver head kinematics using instrumented mouthpieces and characterize environmental exposure to accelerations and vibrations. Six NASCAR drivers were instrumented with custom-fit mouthpieces to collect head kinematic data. Devices were deployed at four tracks during practice and testing environments and configured to collect approximately 11 min of linear acceleration and rotational velocity data at 200 Hz.

Tyre wear generates not only large pieces of microplastics but also airborne particle emissions, which have attracted considerable attention due to their adverse impacts on the environment, human health, and the water system. However, the study on tyre wear is scarce in real-world driving conditions. In the present study, the left-front and left-rear tyre wear in terms of volume lost in mm of 76 taxi cars was measured about every three months.
