Purpose: This study sought to explore the experiences of receiving formal psychological support following non-vascular-related lower limb amputation.
Materials And Methods: Semi-structured interviews were conducted with five individuals (3 males, 2 females, aged 38-56) with lower limb loss. Two had unilateral above knee amputations, one a unilateral below knee amputation, one a unilateral through-knee amputation, and one had bilateral above knee amputations.

Background: Despite the growing use of social egg freezing (SEF), research focusing on its psychological aspects is lacking. This study aimed to investigate possible psychological predictors, reasons, and outcomes of SEF in German-speaking countries.
Methods: The cross-sectional study included 1,131 women (average age 31 years) who had never used medical egg freezing.
Background: The quality of life for low vision patients is a comprehensive concept that involves multiple aspects, including physical, psychological, and social aspects. Visual impairment is an important factor in the decline of patients' quality of life. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact and feasibility of carrying out low vision rehabilitation nursing on the quality of life and nursing burden of low vision patients.

In a sequence, at least two aspects of information-the identity of items and their serial order-are maintained and supported by distinct working memory (WM) capacities. Verbal serial order WM is modulated by spatial processing, reflected in the Spatial Position Association of Response Codes (SPoARC) effect-the left-beginning, right-end positional association between space and serial position of verbal WM memoranda. We investigated the individual differences in this modulation with both behavioral and neurobiological approaches.

Purpose: In this study, we aimed to explore women's and their male partners' experiences with breast reconstruction (BR) decision and to study the evolution of their experiences since undergoing mastectomy to one year after.
Methods: Unstructured individual interviews with four couples facing mastectomy for breast cancer and BR decision-making were conducted following mastectomy (T1) and one year after mastectomy (T2). Longitudinal interpretative phenomenological analysis (LIPA) was conducted on the data.
