Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the onset time to habitual psychogenic non-epileptic seizures (PNES) in adults referred to Guy's and St Thomas' Neurophysiology Department for home video telemetry (HVT) with a clinical question of PNES. The primary objective was to determine the optimal time window for HVT recording for patients with suspected PNES to try to improve the allocation of clinical resources. Background: Infant alertness and neurologic changes can reflect life-threatening pathology but are assessed by physical exam, which can be intermittent and subjective. Reliable, continuous methods are needed. We hypothesized that our computer vision method to track movement, pose artificial intelligence (AI), could predict neurologic changes in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).

Objective: Assessment of the value of review of home videos by a pediatric multidisciplinary team (MDT) in a pediatric neurophysiology department.

Methods: We describe and evaluate the review of home videos alongside clinical history and previous investigations from patients referred to the Evelina pediatric EEG department at a twice-monthly MDT meeting between 01/2021 and 09/2022. We retrospectively analyzed measures of video quality, quantity and duration, time taken from referral to MDT meeting, pre-MDT and post-MDT meeting proposed diagnosis and clinical outcomes.

Adjustment disorder encompasses maladaptive emotional, behavioral, and physiologic symptomatology that is related to an identifiable psychosocial stressor. Adjustment disorder manifesting as syncope in a patient with Wolf-Parkinson White (WPW) Syndrome is uncommon and has not previously been documented in medical literature. In this case, we discuss a 24-year-old male with a history of WPW who presented with unexplained, episodic syncope in the setting of acute life stressors.
