Purpose: The common approach for organ segmentation in hybrid imaging relies on coregistered CT (CTAC) images. Gold-standard psychotherapies like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) show beneficial effects, but patient responses vary, indicating a need to predict and optimize treatment efficacy. Gene expression analysis may offer insights into the interplay between psychosocial processes and biological factors that impact psychopathology and therapeutic response. This integrative review examines 17 studies that assess gene expression in the context of psychotherapy, highlighting innovative frameworks for incorporating gene expression analysis in diagnosis, predicting treatment response, and monitoring treatment progress.

The present study investigated the role of the neurotensin/NTS in the modulation of the lipopolysaccharide/LPS induced dysfunction of the sympatho-adrenal-medullary system/SAM using both the NTS receptor 1/NTSR agonist PD149163/PD and antagonist SR48692 /SR. Forty eight mice were maintained in eight groups; Group I/control, Groups II, III, IV, and VII received LPS for 5 days further Group III/IV/VII received PD low dose/PD, PD high dose /PD and SR for 28 days respectively. Group V/VI received similar only PD and PD dose respectively whereas Group VIII was exposed to only SR for 28 days.

Background: Hyperaldosteronism involves complex, multidisciplinary management, including clinical testing, radiological exams, and adrenal venous sampling (AVS). This study assesses AVS outcomes at a large referral center, focusing on cannulation success, lateralization of aldosterone-producing adenomas, and correlation with radiological and surgical findings.
Methods: A retrospective review of 153 patients who underwent AVS from September 2016 to January 2024 was conducted.
