Purpose: Trophoblast cell-surface antigen 2 (Trop2) is overexpressed in various solid tumors and contributes to tumor progression, while its expression remains low in normal tissues. Trop2-targeting antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), sacituzumab govitecan-hziy (Trodelvy), has shown efficacy in targeting this antigen. Leveraging the enhanced specificity of ADCs, we conducted the first immunoPET imaging study of Trop2 expression in gastric cancer (GC) and triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) models using Zr-labeled Trodelvy ([Zr]Zr-DFO-Trodelvy).

Purpose Of Review: The purpose of this review is to evaluate the current knowledge and recent findings on different pain and headache presentations associated with Myelin Oligodendrocyte Glycoprotein Antibody-Associated Disease (MOGAD) disease.
Recent Findings: MOGAD is an inflammatory autoimmune disease affecting mostly the central nervous system, presenting with optic neuritis, transverse myelitis and other forms of inflammatory demyelination. Pain and headache in MOGAD have been recognized more recently and acute and chronic forms of pain can occur in both the adult and pediatric population.

Salgınlara yol açabilmesi nedeniyle halk sağlığı açısından önemli bir hastalıktır. Bu çalışmada; kliniğimizde leptospiroz tanısıyla izlenen 11 olgunun, epidemiyolojik özellikleri, saptanan etkenler, klinik ve laboratuvar bulguları açısından retrospektif olarak değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.

Immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) is an acquired immune-mediated bleeding disorder characterized by isolated low platelet (PLT) counts. Immune thrombocytopenic purpura pathogenesis involves multiple immune mechanisms causing PLT destruction and inadequate production. Owing to impaired immune homeostasis, ITP patients can develop other than anti-PLT autoantibodies even in the absence of clinical signs of autoimmune disease, such as anti-thyroglobulin (TG) and anti-thyroperoxidase (TPO) antibodies.

Despite their effectiveness, worries have surfaced regarding potential unwanted cardiovascular effects linked to the vasodilation function of CGRP, suggesting a potential influence on blood pressure (BP).
Methods: Studies were systematically retrieved from PubMed, Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, Web of Science, MEDLINE and EMBASE up to 1 May 2024.
