Based on the data of China General Social Survey (CGSS), this study adopts empirical analysis method to explore the impact of education on residents' subjective well-being and its differentiated mechanism in different ethnic groups. The results show that, first of all, education significantly improves residents' subjective well-being, and the conclusion is still robust after controlling for endogenous problems. Secondly, compared with Han nationality, education has a more significant effect on the subjective well-being of ethnic minority residents.

Wood formation is the Rosetta stone of tree physiology: a traceable, integrated record of physiological and morphological status. It also produces a large and persistent annual sink for terrestrial carbon, motivating predictive understanding. Xylogenesis studies have greatly expanded our knowledge of the intra-annual controls on wood formation, while dendroecology has quantified the environmental drivers of multi-annual variability.

T cells recognize neoepitope peptide-major histocompatibility complex class I on cancer cells. The strength (or avidity) of the T cell receptor-peptide-major histocompatibility complex class I interaction is a critical variable in immune control of cancers. Here, we analyze neoepitope-specific CD8 cells of distinct avidities and show that low-avidity T cells are the sole mediators of cancer control in mice and are solely responsive to checkpoint blockade in mice and humans.

Pubertal disorders in the form of delayed puberty (DP) or precocious puberty (PP) can cause considerable anxiety to both children and parents. Since the clinical and biochemical signatures of self-limiting and permanent conditions overlap considerably, it can be hard to determine whether to offer them reassurance or intervention. Researchers have thus long been searching for a robust test to indicate that the process of endogenous puberty is underway and is likely to proceed to completion.
