This study explored the structure and temporal evolution of the relationship among depression, maladaptive cognition, and internet addiction (DMI) among university students by focusing on topological and dynamic properties in a network analysis. A 3-year longitudinal survey was conducted with 873 university students (M = 18.32, SD = 0.

A polysaccharide APS-1 II from a medicinal plant Angelica sinensis represents an interesting therapeutic agent against leukemia. However, the synthetic accessibility of the highly branched and complex APS-1 II polysaccharide with multiple 1, 2-cis-glycosidic linkages remains a difficult task, impeding the in-depth structure-activity relationship biological studies and the development of carbohydrates-based therapeutics against leukemia. Here, we report the first chemical synthesis of tridecasaccharide repeating unit together with shorter sequences 4-mer, 6-mer and 9-mer from APS-1 II polysaccharide via one-pot orthogonal glycosylation strategy based on glycosyl ortho-(1-phenylvinyl)benzoates, which precluded the potential issues such as aglycone transfer associated with one-pot assembly with thioglycosides.

The immune checkpoint receptor lymphocyte activation gene-3 (LAG3) inhibits T-cell activation and was recently validated as a target for cancer immunotherapy. Despite its emergence as a therapeutic target, a lack of molecular-level insight has obscured our understanding of the LAG3 immunosuppression mechanism. This review highlights a series of breakthroughs that have illuminated fundamental aspects of LAG3 molecular biology.

The Kelch protein superfamily is an evolutionary conserved family containing 63 alternate protein coding members. The superfamily is split into three subfamilies: Kelch like (KLHL), Kelch-repeat and bric-a-bracs (BTB) domain containing (KBTBD) and Kelch domain containing protein (KLHDC). The KLHDC subfamily is one of the smallest within the Kelch superfamily, containing 10 primary members.

Objective: The aim of this study was to identify potentially applicable pharmacovigilance (PV) indicators for health services available in the literature.
Methods: We searched MEDLINE, EMBASE, LILACS, IBECS, CUMED, SciELO, and Google Scholar bibliographic between January 1, 2004 and January 23, 2023, and 25 websites from different organizations for studies describing specific PV indicators in health services. The methodological quality of the included studies was assessed using the Appraisal of Indicators through the Research and Evaluation (AIRE) tool.
