Background: The influence of social determinants of health (SDOH) on childhood cancer outcomes is complex and understudied. This study aimed to elucidate the influence of socioeconomic status (SES) and race on survival in Wilms tumor (WT), neuroblastoma (NB), and hepatoblastoma (HB).

Introduction: Liver resection is a critical surgical option for managing benign and malignant tumors, including rare and complex cases in pediatric patients. While such procedures are well-documented in adults, the surgical management of large liver neoplasms in infants poses unique challenges due to anatomical and physiological considerations, as well as the limited number of cases reported globally.
Aim: This study aimed to describe the initial experiences with major hepatectomies in infants with large liver neoplasms at our center.

Introduction: Studies on the use of image-guided percutaneous biopsy for hepatoblastoma (HB), and recommendations put forth by the pediatric hepatic international tumor trial (PHITT), are limited. It is unknown if sufficient tissue can be obtained for trial enrollment as well as molecular profiling, which will likely play a key role in informing future treatment strategies.
Methods And Materials: Patients with HB who underwent percutaneous biopsy at initial diagnosis in interventional radiology (IR) over a 12-year period at a single center were included.
