Dentigerous cysts are the second most common developmental odontogenic cysts that develop around the crown of unerrupted teeth with the maxillary canine region being one of the common sites of occurrence. The cystic lining of this lesion has been shown to develop into ameloblastoma, Muco epidermoid carcinoma, and squamous cell carcinomas. However, the development of cholesterol granuloma (CG) in the cystic lining of a dentigerous cyst is extremely rare.

Introduction: Muco-epidermoid carcinomas are primarily the subtypes of salivary gland tumors that can rarely originate within the respiratory tract. Our case highlights the occurrence of an unusual, localized, endo-bronchial muco-epidermoid cancer. We aim to strengthen the evidence of occurrence of this distinct variety of lung cancer in our country as little is known about this rare subclass of lung cancer.

Statement Of The Problem: Mast cells are round to elliptical cells that originate from bone marrow stem cells and enter the peripheral blood. By releasing inflammatory mediators, these cells are involved in type I hypersensitivity, wound healing, defense against pathogens, increased blood vessel formation, and destruction of the extracellular matrix. There are contradictory results regarding the role of mast cells in tumor lesions.

Mucoepidermoid carcinoma (MEC) is the commonest malignant salivary gland tumor affecting the parotid gland in adults and children. In children and adolescents, there is a peak incidence in the second decade. We came across a 6-year-old girl with intermediate-grade MEC parotid gland, which is very unusual below 10 years of age.

Purpose: To report techniques and results of 16 cryoablation procedures in 11 patients treated for recurrent head and neck cancer.

Methods And Materials: This retrospective study reviewed 11 consecutive patients with head and neck cancer recurrence after primary treatment by surgery and radiotherapy, treated with cryoablation between 2016 and 2020. Efficacy was measured by local control rate evaluated on MRI or/and PET.
