Adjuncts like dexamethasone (DEX) and tranexamic acid (TXA) are used to enhance postoperative recovery. To explore the changes and significance of resolvin D1 (RvD1) in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) with Belimumab. The clinical data from patients with moderate to severe disease activity SLE who received oral stable doses of glucocorticoids (≤10 mg/d) and/or immunosuppressants for more than 3 months at the outpatient or inpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from January 2022 to November, 2023 were retrospectively collected. All patients were treated with 10 mg/kg intravenous infusion of Belimumab.

Objectives: Critically ill newborn infants often require simultaneous administration of multiple intravenous (IV) solutions through the same catheter lumen, making compatibility of these solutions crucial in neonatal intensive care units (NICUs). This study aimed to investigate the physical compatibility of insulin aspart, lidocaine, alprostadil and vancomycin with individualised two-in-one parenteral nutrition (PN).
Methods: The study was conducted at the hospital pharmacy's drug compounding facility of the University Medical Centre Utrecht.

Objective: The administration of amiodarone or lidocaine is recommended during the resuscitation of out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) patients presenting with defibrillation-refractory or recurrent ventricular fibrillation or ventricular tachycardia. Our objective was to use 'target trial emulation' methodology to compare the outcomes of patients who received amiodarone or lidocaine during resuscitation.
Methods: Adult, non-traumatic OHCA patients in the ESO Data Collaborative 2018-2023 datasets who experienced OHCA prior to EMS arrival, presented with a shockable rhythm, and received amiodarone or lidocaine during resuscitation were evaluated for inclusion.

Deep venous thrombosis (DVT) represents a significant postoperative complication after artificial femoral head replacement, with the incidence increasing proportionally with patient age. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of early postoperative use of intermittent pneumatic compression devices (IPC), followed by the combined use of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) after 48 hours, for the prevention of postoperative lower limb DVT in elderly patients undergoing hip arthroplasty. The retrospective study included 100 elderly patients who underwent unilateral femoral head replacement.
