Background: Hip joint (HJ) pain, which may be caused by lumbar disease, is a common complaint.
Purpose: To investigate the prevalence and specific correlations between various HJ diseases and lumbar spine magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings in patients with HJ pain.
Material And Methods: Patients with the chief complaint of HJ pain who had both HJ MRI and lumbar MRI were retrospectively included.

Objective: High-grade dysplastic spondylolisthesis (HGDS) is a relatively rare condition mainly involving the L5/S1 segment of the spine and occurring in children and adolescents. Whether surgical fixation should be L5-S1 monosegmental or extended up to L4 remains controversial. This study aimed to compare clinical outcomes and the risk of adjacent segment spondylolisthesis between L5-S1 monosegmental fixation and L4-S1 double-segmental fixation for pediatric HGDS.

Purpose: The objective of this observational, real-world study was to describe reoperation, revision, index healthcare utilization and hospital costs among patients treated with PEEK (polyetheretherketone) or 3D-printed-titanium cages during lumbar/lumbosacral posterior fusion procedures, either TLIF (transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion) or PLIF (posterior lumbar interbody fusion). Statistical comparisons were not conducted.
Methods: This was a descriptive, retrospective, observational study.

Our study aimed to investigate the clinical benefits of combining pulsed radiofrequency (PRF) and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) techniques for treating chronic lumbosacral radicular (CLSR) pain resulting from grade I spondylolisthesis (G1SL). Ninety-six patients with CLSR pain between March 2021 and March 2023 were included in this study, 58 patients with G1SL without instability on dynamic radiographs - Group A and 38 patients with instability - Group B. Pre-procedure, Group B had higher pain levels than Group A.

Traumatic lumbosacral instability (TLSI) generally refers to a traumatic disruption of the lumbopelvic junction. The ambiguous use of this term has contributed to confusion and limited understanding of injuries that can impact lumbosacral stability. As of now, TLSI lacks a clear definition, and the underlying injury patterns remain inadequately characterized.
