Introduction: despite the considerable progress made to date, access to health care in public health facilities remains a challenging public health problem in Benin. This study aimed to assess trends in access to care over five years and to identify factors associated with low access to care.
Methods: a cross-sectional community-based study was conducted in the Bopa district, a rural area of southern Benin between January and February 2020.

Background: This study aimed to analyze the changing trend of diabetes drugs clinical trials in China during 2013-2023, and provided a reference for the research and development of diabetes drugs.
Methods: Diabetes drug clinical trial data were obtained from the registration and information disclosure platform of the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) between January 1, 2013, and December 31, 2023. Trends of clinical trials on diabetes drugs were systematically analyzed in terms of characteristics, trial design, time trends, drug type, and indications.

Epidemiological studies on elite female ice hockey players are lacking but needed to tailor preventive efforts in this growing group of athletes. Therefore, the aim of this study was to describe the incidence, prevalence, and burden of health problems in elite female ice hockey players. In this prospective cohort study, we asked all Swedish Women's Hockey League (SWHL) players ( = 207) to report their health status on the OSTRC-H2 weekly throughout the 2022/2023 season (28 weeks).
