Introduction: Neurosyphilis is a sexually transmitted disease secondary to the invasion of the central nervous system by the Treponema pallidum. The spinal syphilitic gumma is rare.
Case Presentation: We report a case of extradural cervical spinal syphilitic gumma revealed by spinal cord compression in a 58-year-old male.

Cerebral cavernous malformation is rare. It can occur sporadically or as a familial autosomal dominant disorder (FCCM). It is characterized by the presence of multiple cavernous malformations of the central nervous system.

Fascioliasis is a worldwide, zoonotic disease caused by the liver trematodes Fasciola hepatica and Fasciola gigantica. Neurological fascioliasis has been widely reported in all continents, affecting both sexes and all ages. Two types of records related to two physiopathogenic mechanisms may be distinguished: cases in which the neurological symptoms are due to direct effects of a migrating juvenile present in the brain or neighboring organ and with cerebral lesions suggesting migration through the brain; and cases with neurological symptoms due to indirect immuno-allergic and toxic effects at distance from flukes in the liver.

Leptomeningeal metastases are very commonly associated with breast cancer. The prognosis is very poor in the short term with an overall median survival less than 6 months. Based on pragmatic and historical considerations intrathecal chemotherapy (IT) are considered to be the adequate treatment.
