The emergence of endometriosis-associated clear cell carcinoma (CCC) within the abdominal wall is a notably rare phenomenon. This condition predominantly impacts females who have previously undergone surgical interventions, including hysterectomy or caesarean section (C-section), with the malignant transformation of endometriosis within the post-surgical abdominal scar posited as a likely mechanism. Herein, we delineate a distinctive case of endometriosis-associated CCC emanating from the abdominal wall.

Endometriosis is the development of endometrial tissue outside the uterus, with the presence of both glands and stroma. Approximately 10% of women of reproductive age suffer from endometriosis; it involves high social costs and affects the patient's quality of life.

Catamenial hemothorax is a rare manifestation of thoracic endometriosis, characterized by blood in the pleural cavity associated with menstrual cycles. We present the case of a 42-year-old woman with recurrent right-sided chest pain and dyspnea coinciding with menstruation. Imaging revealed a large pleural effusion and hemothorax.

Background: Percutaneous cryoablation (PCA), having shown effectiveness in treating liver, lung, prostate, breast, and kidney tumors, is now gaining attention for the treatment of soft tissue tumors. PCA functions by freezing tissue, which induces ice crystal formation and cell death without damaging collagen structures. Technical considerations include the selection and handling of cryoprobes and cryogenic agents, procedural duration, and choice of image guidance for precision.
