Objective: This study aims to enhance compliance with lower limb lymphedema (LLL) prevention care measures post-gynecologic oncology surgery (GOS) through quality control circle (QCC) activity, aiming to improve patient recovery outcomes and reduce postoperative complications.
Methods: A 6-month QCC activity was conducted within the hospital, employing the ten-step plan-do-check-act model for QCC activity. The root causes of inadequate implementation of LLL prevention care measures were analyzed, leading to the development of relevant strategies and protocols.

Despite its potential advantages, clinical experience with this agent remains limited. This study investigated the effect of remizolam on postoperative delirium in elderly patients undergoing painless bronchoscopy.

The main purpose of this meta-analysis is to evaluate the effect of dexmedetomidine administration during the perioperative period on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients under general anesthesia.
Methods: A systematic review and meta-analysis with trial sequential analysis was performed to identify randomized controlled trials comparing dexmedetomidine administration with placebo for the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
