Unlabelled: Inherited Bone Marrow Failure syndromes account for approximately 25% of cases of aplastic anemia in pediatric patients. Next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies have allowed the diagnosis of an increasing number of hereditary causes of bone marrow failure.
Objective: To determine the diagnostic yield and clinical concordance of NGS in the diagnosis of a cohort of pediatric patients with bone marrow failure.

Compared to single-mode detection, dual-mode sensing strategies have garnered increasing attention from researchers due to their superior detection accuracy and reliability. Exosomes, as non-invasive biomarkers, hold significant potential for disease diagnosis. However, sensitive and precise detection of exosomes still presents considerable technical challenges.

Understanding the diurnal and seasonal regulation of photosynthesis is an essential step to quantify and model the impact of the environment on plant function. Although the dynamics of photosynthesis have been widely investigated in terms of CO2 exchange measurements, a more comprehensive view can be obtained when combining gas-exchange and chlorophyll fluorescence (ChlF). Until now, integrated measurements of gas-exchange and ChlF have been restricted to short-term analysis using portable infrared gas analyzer systems that include a fluorometer module.

Mercury, a toxic heavy metal produced through both natural and anthropogenic processes, is found in all of Earth's major systems. Mercury's bioaccumulation characteristics in the human body have a significant impact on the liver, kidneys, brain, and muscles. In order to detect Hg ions, a highly sensitive and specific fluorescent biosensor has been developed using a novel, modified seven amino acid peptide, FY7.

Introduction: Plasma cell-free DNA (cfDNA) estimation offers a non-invasive method to potentially diagnose, monitor, and prognosticate patients with malignancy. This prospective study aimed to assess plasma cfDNA levels in patients with differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC) to determine its role in predicting disease status in the post-operative setting.
Materials And Methods: This was a single-center prospective observational study conducted at a public medical research university and hospital in New Delhi, India.
