Aims: Sebaceous neoplasms constitute a group of adnexal tumours, including sebaceous adenoma, sebaceoma and sebaceous carcinoma. Although mismatch repair deficiency may be observed, the nature of the genetic alterations contributing to the development of most of these tumours is still unknown. In the present study, we describe the clinical, microscopic, and molecular features of eight sebaceomas with GRHL gene rearrangement.

The cadaver and viscera of a mature female sheep (Ovis aries) underwent routine abattoir meat inspection. The liver was expanded by an infiltrative neoplastic mass comprising multifocal to coalescing, well-demarcated, pink to white-yellow nodules, up to 25 mm in diameter. An unencapsulated, moderately densely cellular, infiltrative neoplasm was present within the hepatic parenchyma.

An 8-year-old mixed breed male dog was presented with a mass on the rostral mandibular gingiva that quickly emerged 2-3 weeks prior to presentation. The mass was firm, smooth, well-circumscribed, and approximately 2 × 1 × 0.5 cm in size rostral to the left mandibular canine tooth (304).
