Furthermore, managing post-VPT symptoms, rather than performing RCT, would preserve pulp vitality and enhance VPT outcomes. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of VPT retrials in preserving pulp vitality and substituting RCT in teeth with post-VPT symptoms.
