Balanced rearrangements involving the KMT2A gene (KMT2Ar) are recurrent genetic abnormalities in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), but there is lack of consensus regarding the prognostic impact of different fusion partners. Moreover, prognostic implications of gene mutations co-occurring with KMT2Ar are not established. From the HARMONY AML database 205 KMT2Ar adult patients were selected, 185 of whom had mutational information by a panel-based next-generation sequencing analysis.

Biological Laboratory, Maternity and Neonatal Medicine Center, EPS Fattouma Bourguiba, Monastir, Tunisia.
Purpose: This study aimed to implement lupus anticoagulant (LAC) detection techniques according to the International Society on Thrombosis and Hemostasis (ISTH) recommendations, in the Biological Laboratory of the Maternity and Neonatal Medicine Center (Monastir, Tunisia) and to evaluate the profile and the prevalence of antiphospholipid antibodies (aPL) in the obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome (OAPS).
Methods: We collected two groups: a "case group" (53 women who presented one or more obstetrical criteria of APS) and a "control group." LAC was detected following the four steps recommended by ISTH 2009.
Objectives: To identify which level of D-dimer would allow the safe exclusion of pulmonary embolism (PE) in COVID-19 patients presenting to the emergency department (ED).
Methods: This retrospective study was conducted on the COVID database of Assistance Publique - Hôpitaux de Paris (AP-HP). COVID-19 patients who presented at the ED of AP-HP hospitals between March 1 and May 15, 2020, and had CTPA following D-dimer dosage within 48h of presentation were included.

Viscoelastic technics are used for 10 years and include the ROTEM and the TEG. These devices that exploit the viscoelastic properties of the clotting blood, allow a rapid and global analysis of the haemostatic process taking into account all the process interfering with haemostasis such as inflammation. It has been shown that the use of these technics in clinical situations such as trauma, postpartum haemorrhage, gastrointestinal bleeding or cardiac surgery may reduce the need for blood product, the cost and perhaps may improve the outcome of the patients.
