Cancer vaccines are promising as an effective means of stimulating the immune system to clear tumors as well as to establish immune surveillance. In this paper, we discuss the main platforms and current status of cancer vaccines and propose a new cancer vaccine platform, the cytosolic vesicle vaccine. This vaccine has a unique structure that can integrate antigen and adjuvant carriers to improve the delivery efficiency and immune activation ability, which brings new ideas for cancer vaccine design.

Current studies on aging, such as the biological clock and senolytic drugs have focused on the medical treatments of various disorders and health maintenance. However, to efficiently extend the human lifespan to its theoretical maximum, medicine can take a further proactive approach and identify the inapparent disorders that affect the gestation, body growth, and reproductive stages of the so-called "healthy" population.

Doxorubicin and platinum are widely used in the frontline treatment of osteosarcoma, but resistance to chemotherapy limits its curative effect. Here, we have identified that METTL1 mediated N-Methyladenosine (mG) low expressed in osteosarcoma tissues, plays a critical oncogenic role, and enhances osteosarcoma chemosensitivity in osteosarcoma. Mechanistically, AlkAniline-Seq data revealed that Ferritin heavy chain (FTH1), the main component of ferritin, which is crucial for iron homeostasis and the inhibition of lipid peroxidation, is one of the top 10 genes with the most significant change in mG methylation sites mediated by METTL1 in human osteosarcoma cells.

The main management principle for patients with coronary thrombus should be "more removal and less implantation". Routine thrombus aspiration (TA) is ineffective for intracoronary thrombus or high residual thrombus burden after TA and may result in a refractory coronary thrombus. It is unwise to implant a stent in the vessel with high residual thrombus, which is associated with no-reflow, impaired microvascular perfusion, and consequently worse clinical outcomes.
