A child five and one-half years old with multiple osteochondromas presented with symptoms mainly affecting her right hip. Several intra-articular osteochondromas had formed about the femoral neck and acetabulum. The osteochondromas were removed, and hip development appears to be normal over a four-year follow-up period.

Introduction And Importance: At the age of 20, young adults are most susceptible to synovial chondromatosis, a rare condition characterized by the metaplasia of the synovial membrane into cartilaginous or osteocartilaginous tissue. Synovial chondromatosis is exceptionally uncommon in the ankle.
Case Presentation: An orthopedist evaluated a 26-year-old man with a history of recurring ankle trauma over a period of 6 months, swelling and pain.

Introduction: Osteochondroma is the most common benign bone tumor (20-50%). It is located predominantly in the metaphysis of the long bones, and much less frequently, the proximal femur and acetabulum. Osteochondroma can eventually lead to hip osteoarthritis and limit patients' functional activities.
