Antibodies against antigens of hepatocyte cell membranes are formed in half the patients with hepatitis A and B in one-third of those with pseudotuberculosis. They occur in the period preceding the patients' convalescence rather than in the acute stage of the disease. The recovery of hepatitis patients in whom liver antibodies formed ensued significantly more rapidly than in persons with no autoantibodies. Antibodies against antigens of hepatocyte cell membranes were detectable in different clinical disease patterns. They did not influence the disease progress and witnessed hepatocyte injuries not only in the icteric but also in scarlatiniform and and abdominal disease patterns.

Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) is a critical biomarker and therapeutic target in gastric/gastroesophageal junction (G/GEJ) cancers, despite the initial success of HER2-targeted therapies, such as trastuzumab, resistance to these drugs has emerged as a major impediment to effective long-term treatment. This review examines the mechanisms of drug resistance in HER2-positive G/GEJ cancer, the primary mechanisms of resistance explored include alterations in the HER2 receptor itself, such as mutations and changes in expression levels, as well as downstream signaling pathways, and interactions with the tumor microenvironment (TME). Furthermore, the review discusses the Novel therapeutic approaches, including the use of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and combination therapies are assessed for their potential to enhance outcomes.

Adeno-associated viruses (AAV) have significant potential as vaccine carriers due to their excellent biosafety and efficient antigen gene delivery. However, most AAV vaccines show limited capacity to transduce antigen-presenting cells (APCs) following intramuscular injection which may cause inadequate cellular immune responses and undesired side effects due to transducing other tissues or cells. Herein, we developed a soluble microneedle patch for targeting the AAV vaccines to the epidermal and dermal APCs.
