Introduction And Importance: Complete removal of the choledochal cysts (CC) with biliary enteric reconstruction is the standard treatment. The preferred biliary reconstruction, by either hepaticoduodenostomy (HD) or Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostomy (RYHJ) remains a personal choice according to the surgeon's preference and experience. We report our long-term follow-up using an alternative method of biliary-enteric anastomosis without Roux-en-Y.

To investigate the correlation between serum sex hormone levels and clear cell renal cell carcinoma(ccRCC). The clinical data of male patients diagnosed with ccRCC and with simple renal cysts in our hospital from 2017 to 2023 were collected. The basic clinical data and serum sex hormone levels, including luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), estradiol(E), prolactin (PRL), progesterone(P), and testosterone (T), were compared between patients with ccRCC and patients with simple renal cysts.

The dinoflagellate Scrippsiella acuminata (formerly Scrippsiella trochoidea) is a cosmopolitan species commonly forms dense blooms worldwide. It also has been adopted as representative species for life history studies on dinoflagellates. The peculiar genetic features of its large nuclear genome make the whole-genome sequencing highly challenging.

Methods: All percutaneous ultrasound-guided FNA and CT-guided CB with TP performed at our institution from 2006 to 2024 were identified.
Results: A total of 89 renal cytology procedures were performed during the study period.
