Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a highly malignant tumor in women, characterized by high morbidity, mortality, and recurrence rates. Although surgical treatment, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy are the mainstays of current treatment methods, the high heterogeneity of TNBC results in unsatisfactory outcomes with low 5-year survival rates. Rapid advancements in omics technology have propelled the understanding of TNBC molecular biology.

Acupuncture is a clinically recognized treatment for depression, but its effect on first-episode depression remains unknown. Background: One of the most prevalent causes of anterior knee pain is chondromalacia patella (CMP), particularly among young populations, including soldiers. Although various treatments have been suggested to relieve the symptoms and improve the functioning of patients with CMP, none have proven to be adequately effective.
Objectives: This study assessed the effectiveness of electroacupuncture as a complementary treatment for CMP, noting its minimal complications.

Introduction: The study aimed to validate the effectiveness of Wrist and Ankle Acupuncture (WAA) in attenuating moderate to severe postoperative pain following Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS).
Methods: Participants were randomly allocated into a treatment group ( = 57) and a control group ( = 58). The treatment group underwent WAA treatment, while the control group received sham acupuncture treatment.
