Objectives: to describe the development of a middle-range nursing theory for transpersonal home care.
Methods: this is a theoretical study that used concept analysis, statement synthesis and derivation. It combined theoretical deduction strategies with induction, based on literature review and concept analysis.
Results: the central concept was derived from Jean Watson's Unitary Care Science theoretical framework. The synthesis of the statements between the concepts led to the elaboration of a middle-range theory. Fourteen assumptions and ten propositions were constructed, in addition to a diagram representing the middle-range theory.
Final Considerations: the constructed theory is intended to contribute to home care, covering physiological, psychological, sociocultural, developmental and spiritual needs. Theoretical and empirical validation is suggested to confirm, refute or renew the theory concepts, assumptions and propositions.

Ghana Mental Health Authority, Ghana Health Services, Accra, Ghana.
Background: Evaluation frameworks are relevant to understanding health service providers' views regarding existing services and possible improvements, but their application to mental health services is limited, particularly in Low Middle-Income Countries.
Aim/question: To identify a program theory that explains the contextual factors and mechanisms that could enhance mental health service outcomes in Ghana.
Method: A three-phase approach was followed: initial theory and assumption, analysis, and CMO configuration.
Osteoporosis is a chronic systemic skeletal disease that can benefit from patient-led self-care behaviors. The purpose of this meta-synthesis is to summarize the knowledge about the experiences in self-care behaviors, according to Riegel's middle-range theory of self-care, of patients affected by osteoporosis. A systematic review of the literature and a meta-synthesis of the results were performed to identify qualitative and mixed-method studies through database research conducted on six databases until June 2023 that identified 27 articles.

Aim: To synthesize evidence on factors influencing negative outcomes following patient safety incidents.
Background: Patient safety incidents affect not only patients and families but also healthcare workers (second victims) and institutions (third victims). Nurses are at risk due to stressful environments and direct patient care, leading to defensive practices, job turnover, and errors.
