Considering the importance of designing using alternative technologies for CMOS technology, in this paper, it has been tried to design important blocks of digital circuits in quantum dot cellular automata technology. In this regard, first, the optimal design was presented as a serial shift register with reset input. The number of cells used in this design is 111 and its occupied area is 0.1 μm. Then a new design was proposed as parallel in serial out shift register which used chip area of 0.3 μm and a total of 257 cells. The presented designs have suitable conditions in terms of the number of cells, occupied cross section area and delay. Further, to confirm the efficiency of these circuits, the structure of the new serial link was also presented. The proposed structures were verified by the QCADesigner and QCAPro software.

Objectives: In Finland, the reimbursement system for occupational health services (OHSs) was reformed on 1 January 2020 to shift the focus from curative care to preventive OHS and promote employees' work ability. We investigated the OHS trends and how the reimbursement affected them.
Design: A register-based study that used moving averages to visualise OHS trends in 2018-2022.

Background And Aim: Major lower extremity amputations (MLEA) are common procedures. Potential changes in surgical strategy and patient characteristics over time have not been described previously. The aim of this study was to investigate the incidence rates and surgical strategies of first-time MLEAs over time from 2010 to 2021.

Background: Nasal packing post-septoplasty often leads to discomfort, breathing difficulties, and elevated infection risk. Alternative methods, such as intranasal splinting and quilting sutures, have been proposed to mitigate these issues. This study evaluates their effectiveness in reducing postoperative pain and complications.
