The formation of ice due to global climate change poses challenges across multiple industries. Traditional anti-icing technologies often suffer from low efficiency, high energy consumption, and environmental pollution. Photothermal and hydrophobic surfaces with nano-micro structures (PHS-NMSs) offer innovative solutions to these challenges due to their exceptional optical absorption, heat conversion capabilities, and unique surface water hydrophobic characteristics.

Coercive control is a widespread globally prevalent and often missed pattern of intimate partner violence (IPV) that increases the risk of physical disease and mental illness tremendously for its victims, usually women and children. In educational settings, the socialization, externalization, combination, and internalization (SECI) model promotes collaboration, the creation of new knowledge, and the integration of individual and collective experiences, thereby enriching learning with greater depth and meaning. The objective of this study was to identify the factors that contribute to the optimal development of the SECI model through the use of ChatGPT, to understand their interaction. The experiment included undergraduate students of business sciences at public and private universities in Cusco, Huancayo, and Lima, Peru.

Background: Urban areas, particularly in developing nations like Uganda, face heightened risks due to poverty, unemployment, and environmental challenges, intensifying the vulnerability of urban youth to poor mental health. This study aims to determine the psychological well-being of adolescents and to assess the risks and associated factors of mental health problems among adolescents in the context of COVID-19 pandemic in Kampala City, Uganda.
Methods: We conducted a cross-sectional survey of 500 adolescents aged 13-19 years residing within the five divisions of Kampala City, Uganda.
